Jacob Herbert

Jacob is a junior from Phoenix, Arizona, majoring in Medicine with minors in Emergency Medical Services and Biochemistry. He joined UAEMS in the spring of 2024 and has since dedicated himself to serving the campus community. Coming from a large family, Jacob is the oldest of three younger sisters and enjoys giving back by coaching their youth basketball team.

Beyond EMS, Jacob works as a research technician in the Chang Lab, where he contributes to ongoing medical research. He is also an active member of Kappa Alpha Order fraternity. After graduation, he plans to attend medical school and pursue a career where he can make a meaningful impact in healthcare.
