Michaela has been a member of UAEMS since Fall 2025 and became a Public Information and Outreach (PIO) Instructor in Fall 2026. Since joining the PIO department, community education has become her favorite aspect of being involved with UAEMS. She is passionate about teaching lifesaving skills and empowering community members with the knowledge and confidence to respond during emergencies. Michaela is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing through the University of Arizona's BSN-IH program. Outside of work and school, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and cooking
